Locations Needed and Casting Notice

Locations Needed and Casting Notice

Hello everyone, (These must be Nassau County)

First the locations -

1) For Martin Scorsese's new film, The Wolf or Wall Street, they're looking to film in the fall, they need office buildings along the line of the ones attached.

2) They also need a country club or village club that has 15 steps going into it. I'm thinking a very large private home could substitute for this. If you have any suggestions for 1 or 2, please e-mail debfilm@aol.com and reference, Wolf of Wall Street.

3) For a VH1 still photo shoot (15 people and 1 motor home), they need a beach, possibly a private beach, but they need it for tomorrow - any referrals, please e-mail debfilm@aol.com and reference McGrail/VH1.

4)And for a ultra low-budget SAG feature film to shoot in August, they're looking for a male actor with a Irish/WASPish preppy look - 30s - 40s. Director would prefer an non-union actor for this. They'd also prefer someone from Long Island/Queens, as I'm guessing this is little to no pay.  There will be 2 -3 days of filming.  If you are interested, please e-mail your headshot/photo and resume/bio to debfilm@aol.com. This director has sold many films to Cinemax/HBO/Sony etc.

Thank you.

Best,

Debbie

LIIFE Commercial by Dentsu – Casting now

The Long Island International Film Expo (LIIFE) is thrilled to have the award-winning commercial firm of Dentsu doing their film festival commercials. And they are doing this for free!!

They pitched a few ideas to us, one funnier than the next – and we are looking for a female 40+ to play a fortune teller for a few spots. No pay on this one but great exposure as they will be shown on Fios/Hamptons TV, our youtube channel, possibly Dentsu’s youtube channel, possibly Channel 12 and 55.

Hey, it may even be submitted for some awards, and you may end up on our poster!

Auditions will be this coming Tuesday (5/29) in Roslyn Heights, with the commercial happening shortly after.

If you are interested, please send your resume and headshot to kmd236@aol.com.

Best of luck to you, and thank you!

AND

Location needed for feature film (This must be in Nassau County)

1) Feature film, Wolf of Wall Street, again. Reference photos are attached. From scout:

These are some pics of the actual place in Anguilla that we are trying to recreate. It needs to be large enough to have a wedding of about 250 people. It could be a fabulous house or resort on the water. In a perfect world it would have some sort of open design to it so we could showcase the view of the water.

If you have suggestions, please e-mail debfilm@aol.com and reference Wolf of Wall Street.

Thank you.
